When Cassandra saw the man that her best friend had described as “perfect for you,” she wondered initially if Amelia had any idea at all what kind of person Cassandra would want to date. She swallowed down her apprehensions as he approached, led by the hostess who had brought her to the table she had been sitting at for about ten minutes. He was tall — almost dauntingly so — with short, curling hair a medium brown shade and pale blue eyes.
