Jack Reding has just returned from college, and is about to spend his summer break home alone. His parents have gone off on a long extended vacation, and he was glad to have the solitude after such an exhausting school year. He has no designs on doing anything besides lying by the pool in his swimsuit, enjoying the water and taking in the rays.
A woman appears, and she seems very familiar to him, only to find out that she was his babysitter back in the day. Veronica only came over to make sure that everything was okay, and now they are both seeing each other for the first time in 10 years. My mother and father are gone to Italy for an extended vacation for their anniversary.
