Felicia’s stomach was in knots as she stepped into the interview room. Though this was her first interview, she knew that she was probably the millionth person to be in the hot seat. She had tried as hard as she could to prepare herself for this day but for some reason, she did not feel like she had done enough. She took a few deep breaths before she sat down in front of the panel of three interviewers. One of the men smiled at her.
“Miss Kane, welcome. This is quite a glowing recommendation you have here,” the man said. Felicia smiled back. This was definitely a good start.
“Thank you, sir. It is good to hear that especially because I have just one job listed under teaching experience.”
