I yawned as I scanned the room. It had been a slow day, and currently only a single guy was walking up and down the aisles, looking at the naughty DVDs we had for sale. I’d already swept and made sure every item was in its proper place twice, which wasn’t too hard given that the store was barely bigger than a convenience store.
People just didn’t want to come to a sex shop any more. Porn could easily be obtained online for free, and sex toys could be discreetly delivered to your doorstep with the click of a button. Few people ventured into a sex shop any more unless it was kink specific. Even then it was a crap shoot whether you’d be successful.
