Lisa Tabby is the personal assistant of the billionaire David Barnes. Mr. Barnes wants her to go to Monaco and purchase a yacht after having it inspected. The yacht, a 155 foot super yacht, will need a captain and a crew to get it back to San Diego. Lisa, befuddled as to why her boss wants her to take on this project, has to start from scratch, because she knows nothing about ships, or boats or even surfboards.
After several interviews, she engages Mr. Clint McFinn, an Irish captain to help her with the yacht and flies with him to Monaco. What follows is an emotional dance for Lisa, because she is very attracted to her new captain, but the project has to come first.
