Amy Paulson is an artist with a problem. Her friend and critic says that her work isn’t quite cutting it, and that the one thing she needs in her life is a new man, a model to be precise. With the date and time set, Amy finds herself with a new model to draw, a man she has never met before.
That isn’t the only problem, this model is smoking hot. When it comes time to actually draw him, she can’t help but notice that he is watching her as much as she is watching him. Does this model have eyes for Amy? Does she have time to mix business and pleasure?

Amy squirmed in her seat as Rebecca examined Amy’s canvas. It was like having her mind cracked open and exposed to her friend, with her going over every detail she poured her soul into.
This was Rebecca’s job though, and Amy was thankful her friend was nice enough to let her use her critical skills. Rebecca had her fingers wrapped around her chin, and she circled Amy’s painting as if it was a soldier facing inspection. It wasn’t the first time Amy had seen that look in her friend’s eye, but she still didn’t know if Rebecca’s individual hums and nods were good or bad.
“I love it,” Rebecca said, but she had a frown on her face.
